Climate control

Climate control system is one ofpossible options of the Smart house. The system provides automatic control and maintenance of the set temperature & humidity of air inside. The climate is controlled by the data of temperature & humidy sensors with the help of system of central heating, air conditioning, ventilation system, floor heating system and other devices.

To set the required temperature in the room it’s enough to set the temperature level on the electronic thermostat or the touch panel. The system determines itself, which thermal device to switch on and the level needed to have the set options.

The system of climate control includes:

• easy operation of all climate control systems by means of any control panel (portable/built-in/table)
• setting the required temperature for each room
• automatic maintenance of set-point temperature under any changes in internal and ambient temperature
• automatic turning off air conditioner/autonomous heater/ventilation system if the window is opened
• automatic decrease of temperature by several degrees at night (or increase in the morning) for comfortable sleeping
• automatic turning off air conditioning at night in empty rooms and turning it on towards morning
• automatic turning off floor heating system by night
• activating economic mode in absence of owners (mode which allows to maintain minimum temperature required to quickly restore comfortable temperature in the house on arrival of owners)
• activating “preservation” mode in case of a long absence of owners (turning off air conditioners and ventilation system, setting heating system in the mode of minimum power operation sufficient to protect pipes against freezing)
• climate control in predetermined modes (night, guests, etc.)
• alert in case of climate control system failures:
– device failure
– emergency situations
– necessity to replace filters, etc.
• automatic sending SMS to service companies about the necessity to perform repair works or preventive maintenance.
